Romanian Apple Almond Tarts - Enjoying The Process



Who would stare at the oven as if engrossed in the latest soap opera? 
Me !!
I love watching pastries bake in the oven. 
Sometimes, I would sit there and watch them rise, bubble, cook into beautiful golden brown, savouring the aroma. 
The excitement and satisfaction of taking a tray of success, hot and fresh from the oven is a feeling that words fails to describe. 
Ahh..... satisfaction....
